I hope you had a happy and safe Easter! We had a lovely Easter break and enjoyed a great family weekend together. The kiddies are all old enought now to fully appreciate the real meaning of Easter, but also young enough to be desperately keen to discover what was in their baskets on Easter Sunday.
Easter Sunday was not only a great church service in the morning, but also the live recording of a new worship album for our church. It was so exciting and very cool to be part of. I can't wait for it to be released some time later this year. Miss Mikaela was the worship leader for the junior choir on Sunday morning, all dressed up as a bunny...too cute. She was really very good!
This weekend past also allowed tme for some scrapping! I managed a few layouts and even finished a mini album I started months ago and never got around to completing.
On Easter Saturday we catered for a beautiful wedding for 110 guests. Jill (AKA my Boss and Bestie) made the amazing cupcake wedding cake. It was a huge 12 hour day but weddings are such good fun and satisfying. I still can't feel my feet properly 3 days later!
