Today is Mother's Day and we celebrated in a big way in our household. Before Chruch this morning I was presented with a bundle of gifts from the school Mother's Day stall including a couple of washers and a teatowel fashioned into a rabbit, a diary (lucky there's 7 months left of the year!), pens, keyring, towel and washer set, hankies etc etc.
I also received a truly special gift from the family care of Rich...a whole stack of $5 Gloria jeans Coffee vouchers! My family know me so well :) I am looking forward to spending those.
After church we had a High Tea here for my Mum, MIL and my two sisters. It was so beautiful! My sisters and I had baked and cooked for a couple of days to surprise Mum with a special afternoon. Rich and my Dad took the kids for a walk to the park while we enjoyed a sumptuous afternoon tea (The kids and the men did eat too....just not at the 'special table' ;)
The gorgeous little teacups sets in the first picture were a gift from Tracey for us all. Aren't they adorable?!

Little Tic-toc teacup cookies for the kids...

Piper thought they were goooood!

Three chocolate marble swirl cheesecakes...oh my!

Some healthy stuff...crusts on as an example to the kids ;)

Every High Tea must have cupcakes. I made them a little too pink but they tasted great ;)

We also took advantage of today to take some family photos of my sister Tracey, BIL kevin and my little nephew Lachlan. I have a few sneaky peeks for them here. This one cracks me up!

My beautiful Mum with the Lachster...
And a smiley one of the little man and his Daddy. So gorgeous :)

No doubt they'll appear in some layouts soon ;)
I hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day and were suitable spoilt :)
